All orders ship Monday through Friday. You can expect to receive your goodies within 1-3 working days.
Shipping options will vary depending on the number of items you purchase. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout.
All orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday will process the following Monday.

Not happy? Well, we definitely don’t want you to be disappointed! We will provide you with a refund on full price items, but only if you promise to:
- – Return items in their original state with tags attached (that means they can’t be worn, damaged or washed).
- – Notify us for a refund/exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- – Eeek!, please note we do not refund original shipping fees.
We’re happy to exchange your order for an item of your choice or a gift card (needs to be used within 3 months of issue). But remember…

HOW TO RETURN
To return or exchange something, please email email@example.com within 7 days of the delivery date
with your order number and return/exchange details and return address. Pop it in the post to:

- – We don’t cover the cost of return shipping (sorry).
- – This is awkward, but, um, we can’t accept refunds or exchanges on international orders.
- – Received a damaged product? So embaressing, sorry. Let us know straight away by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
- – Please check your address twice, even three times. We’re not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender.
- – Items that are sold on discounted/promotion or sale items are considered final sale and can not be returned (no return or refund).
