DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders ship Monday through Friday.

Orders placed before 12pm will be posted on the same day. 

All orders placed after 12pm AEST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. 

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped with DHL.

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING

When parcel routes are busier, deliveries can take a little longer than usual. So that we can make sure your parcels are under the tree in time, please place your Christmas orders by these dates:

International – 28th November

Interstate – 12th December (VIC, TAS, QLD, WA, NT, SA, regional NSW)

Same City – 16th December (Sydney)

RETURNS

Not happy? Well, we definitely don't want you to be disappointed.

We accept returns on domestic and international full priced orders. 

Refunds are available on full priced items. 

Returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. That means they can't be worn, damaged or washed. 

To return something, please email hello@playetc.com.au with your order number and return/exchange details within 7 days of the delivery date and we will provide you with the return postal address.

We do not refund the original shipping fees.

We do not offer refunds on sale items.

EXCHANGE

Need a different colour or size. We're here to help! Return your item and re-order the correct colour/size. We will process a refund for the returned item. 

Returned  items must be in their original condition with tags attached. That means they can't be worn, damaged or washed. 

Notify us hello@playetc.com.au for a refund within 7 days of receipt.

We do not refund the original shipping fees.

New shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

INCORRECT ITEM 

Gah! Was the wrong item delivered? Contact us at hello@playetc.com.au and we will get the correct piece or a replacement garment over to you.

 

DAMAGED ITEM 

Received a damaged product? We are so sorry! Let us know and we will arrange a replacement or refund, contact us at hello@playetc.com.au.

 

A FEW MORE THINGS…

Please check your address twice, even three times. Buyers are responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied to the sender. 

Items that are sold on discount or sale are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
